How To Find Us

Get directions (opens in Google Maps). You can use this link for directions to the surgery if you are driving, cycling, walking or using public transport.

The Surgery is situated in the service road off California Lane, immediately behind the shops.

There are several bus services run via Bushey Heath, including the 142 and 258. The Surgery is built on two floors with reception and consulting rooms on the ground floor and has wheel chair access.

Accessibility

Some of our GP's & HCA have consulting rooms upstairs; they are always happy to consult with patients on the ground floor if you find the stairs difficult. Please let the receptionist know if you are unable to get upstairs when booking your appointment

There are two public car parks within easy walking distance of the surgery, both of these are pay & display. Please do not park in the private car parks close to the surgery or on the roadside across the front of the building as this is used for the doctors' and staff working in the surgery.

We are working collaboratively with neighbouring practices as part of a Primary Care Network to provide additional appointments.

These appointments will be available on weekdays up until 8pm and on Saturdays from 9.00am to 5.00pm with a variety of clinicians including GPs, Advanced Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and Care Co-ordinators, at a variety of practice sites.

We will be offering these appointments alongside our existing practice appointments. Please contact reception in the usual way to access appointments and we will book you in with the most appropriate Clinician for your need.

For health advice and reassurance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year call 111.

Herts Urgent Care provides GP Out of Hours cover to the population of Hertfordshire.

The service operates from 6.30pm to 8.30am on weekdays, and continuously from 6.30pm on a Friday evening to 8.30am on a Monday morning. HUC also covers Bank Holidays and provides a service for patients with urgent medical needs that cannot wait until their GP practice is next open.

To access the service all patients should phone 111.

When you call 111 the service undertakes a clinical assessment of your needs and will assess whether your call requires discussion with a GP. If you need to speak with a doctor, see a doctor at one of our Primary Care Centres, or have a home visit arranged, the doctor will call you back.
