Empowering Hertfordshire Residents to Live Longer Better.

The population of Hertfordshire is ageing, quickly. There are currently just over 211,000 over 65 year-olds in Hertfordshire, which equates to 17.4% of the total population. By 2043, its estimated that this will grow over 23% of the population, meaning we will have more than 75,000 additional over 65s in our local population. As our population ages, it is crucial to address the opportunities, and challenges, that come with an ageing society. 

Join us for a special Live Longer Better in Hertfordshire webinar in honour of the United Nations’ International Day of Older Persons, celebrated globally on October 1st. This online event marks the official launch of Age Friendly Hertfordshire!
