Compassionate Neighbours offers emotional and social support for people living with a serious or terminal illness and are who experiencing loneliness or social isolation.

Volunteers are trained by Peace Hospice Care and then matched with a local community member based on hobbies, interests and geography in the hope to grow genuine friendships.
