As part of the work to improve care for local women in line with the recommendatoins in Better Births, there is now a personal care planning tool available for all women in two different formats: booklet and digitally on the mum and baby app.

Personal care plans helps women to explore, understand and record their individual choices for pregnancy, birth and eatly parenthood.
